    Hello Shannon,

     

    Thank you for reaching out to EZVIZ, Please log into the current account, and delete the device(s) from your account. When you have completely deleted the device from your account, log out of that account, then create another account using your email and set a password that you can remember. To complete this setup, log into the new account and add the device to that account.
