How to Playback Notification Messages

When a notification is received, you can playback the videos if you have an SD card installed or have the cloud recording enabled(Subscription required). To playback the videos recorded from the notification message, follow the steps below;

1. Tap on the message from your notification pane, or log into the EZVIZ mobile app and tap on the icon in the middle to open the notification message(s).
2. Locate the desired message and tap on the message
3. Tap on the playback button to playback the video

******If you have the cloud recording enabled and an SD card inserted, the notification message preference will be the videos stored on the cloud
