I have the same problem. It detects motion outside of the specified zone.
    I have the LC1 camera

First, I couldn't find the motion detection zone. Instructions need to reflect that this can be set only if Alarm Notification is On. Second, I'm still getting recording every time a vehicle drives by. It really clutters things up and I cannot go back to find anything. There are just too many clips, all of which start. before the triggening event. So it's impossible to know which clips are relevant without watching all of them. So ineffective! This is the DB1 doorbell with video.

I set the area and it goes off 1000 times a day every time a car passes. Really frustrating. C3X. So much for AI.

With the motion detection area, the orange section you draw, is that the area to be monitored or ignored?

SAME PROBLEM HERE YOU SET THE "ZONE", BUT AS SOON AS A VEHICLE GOES BY IT GOES OFF, REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY TIMES YOU TRY TO SIGN INTO MY FRIGGIN ACCOUNT AND RESET THE FRIGGIN "ZONE" IT MAKES O DIFFERENCE, REGARDLESS OF HOW THE "SENSITIVITY" IS SET. IT WOULD BE NICE IF THE PROGRAMMING TEAM COULD FIX THIS LITTLE ANNOYING BUG...!!! THANK YOU FRIGGIN KINDLY.....!!!!
