EZVIZ cameras will stream
through our cloud server and to save bandwidth there will be a 5 minute
time out. To avoid this you will need to stream the camera on the same LAN . F irst
1. Make sure the phone or computer is connected to the same WiFi as the EZVIZ camera
2. Go into the EZVIZ app or studio software and sign into your account
a. From the app, go to more bottom right and look for Function Settings
b. Open Function Settings and tap on LAN live view
c. Start the scan and your device will appear
d. Tap on the camera and input t he verification code underneath the camera
a. From the s tudio, there is a button under the login that says “Devices on LAN
b. Open the tab and you will see your device on there
c. C lick the camera and type in the verification code for the camera

Hi!
I preformed that solution provided but I still experience the 5 min. Why? What else can be done? I use the camera as my baby monitor and I can't have it time out every five 5 min.
Please help!
