Does the system automatically recover and resume operation after a power outage, without having to reconfigure again?

    I have the c2c mini O plus, and it is required a full manual restart and configuration after a power outage. It is not able to recover the WiFi configuration. Every other system in the house are able to recover, except for this camera.

    Thank you for reaching out. This is not normal. There are so many factors that might contribute to this issue. The firmware you are running might also contribute to the issues you are experiencing. Do you know if you are running on the latest version of the device firmware.     after a power failure 3x C3W look yesterday and will no longer connect. Tested elsewhere on other wifi in other places. The device is logged off again and the device registration attempt is incomplete. all on router ok all 2.4 GHz still not connected device reset several times, set in one phone. please, give me an advice.

    i also have the issue, the DB1C will not reconnect to the Ezviz app/server after power outage, i show ok on my NVR but not the Ezviz app, i there a firmware update for this problem.

    It takes approx. 12 hours for my cameras to come back online after a power outage. This is very annoying!
