Device added to another account? Device Requesting for Unbind??

    Is it possible with proof of sale to have the device unbound from the original account? The camera I bought is unused and wasn't fitted.

    Most of those cameras are shop returns by user that used it for 1-2 weeks and returned to the place where they bought. They register them to their account and returned without unbind. Shops doesn't check if they are unbind and after some time realized that they can't sold them as new product and sell to auctions. But strange is that Ezviz prefer to only sell new products, not to support the returned cameras at all saying this is security reason.This is not security, this is only to sell more !!!! Ezviz create a lot of electro-waste... Time to tell this to European Comunity...
