Follow the steps below to delete the camera from your mobile app.
- Log into the EZVIZ account
- Tap on the name of the camera or the serial number of the camera
- From the top right corner, tap on the gear icon to go to the device settings page
- From the top right corner of that screen, tap on more and delete the device

Have tried removing the ezviz c3wm from my account and it will not...to put up at my mums home.. Keep getting a error saying network exception please try again.. Over and over again. And Customer service number it a joke..what do I do!!??
